About the role
Required Technical Skills: 3–5 years of hands-on RPA experience Strong experience with UiPath (must-have) Designing, developing, testing, and deploying UiPath automations Microsoft Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, branching, pull requests, backlogs, user stories, and boards) Strong programming fundamentals and software engineering principles Troubleshooting and supporting existing automations Preferred Experience: Working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) Business process analysis and process improvement Process documentation Stakeholder collaboration and requirements gathering Key Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good communication and teamwork Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
