About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior BI Lead specializing in data visualization and reporting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in transforming complex data into actionable insights through effective reporting and visualization solutions that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually compelling BI dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources to create accurate, timely, and relevant reports. Optimize data models, queries, and reports to ensure high performance and scalability. Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions and data visualization frameworks. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic business decisions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in all BI deliverables. Work closely with data engineering and data warehousing teams to ensure seamless integration and accessibility of data. Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and report interpretation. Stay up to date with BI trends, data visualization best practices, and emerging technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field. Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Reporting. Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms. Strong SQL skills and experience with data querying and database management. Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Proficient in DAX, MDX, or other BI-related scripting languages. Solid understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and analytics principles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
