Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Architect to join our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using the .NET framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and development of complex .NET applications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to technology and architecture. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in a .NET architect role. Strong proficiency in .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React. Proficiency in database design and management (SQL Server, NoSQL). Excellent understanding of software design patterns, architectural principles, and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
