Senior Process Manager - Technology Services - 81906

Technical Architecture: Architect and design scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems using Java (Spring Boot) , SQL Server , and PostgreSQL . Define and document architecture blueprints, technical standards, and design patterns. Guide teams in implementing best practices across coding, performance tuning, security, and CI/CD. Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure high quality and alignment with design intent. Evaluate and select appropriate frameworks, tools, and platforms. Solution Architecture: Engage with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into end-to-end solution designs. Create solution architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and data flow models. Design system integrations using APIs, messaging systems, and service-oriented architecture. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance guidelines. Make trade-off decisions between technical feasibility, cost, performance, and business value. Cloud & DevOps Leadership: Lead cloud-native design and migration strategies on AWS and Azure platforms. Implement DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and delivery (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and guide developers, junior architects, and DevOps engineers. Drive architectural decision-making in Agile/Scrum settings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, product owners, and business analysts. Required Skills & Experience: 12+ years of software development and architecture experience. Strong hands-on experience with Java (Spring/Spring Boot) . In-depth knowledge of SQL Server , PostgreSQL , and schema optimization. Proven experience architecting on AWS and Azure . Expertise in microservices architecture , REST APIs, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes . Deep understanding of security best practices, high availability, and performance tuning. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, architecture documentation tools (e.g., Lucidchart, ArchiMate, UML). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
