Creating and maintaining all required specifications and quality control documents as per SOP and processes Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of at least one Elluminate module,with hands-on experience in all other modules Prior experience in customer facing roles is a plus . Experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology / Life Science industry is a plus .
