Product Development Associate

Role & Responsibilities Assist in manufacturing, assembly, and finishing of sustainable home & interior products. Develop, fabricate, and test product prototypes using recycled and sustainable materials. Support material R&D by preparing samples, conducting experiments, and documenting results. Operate workshop tools and machines such as drill, sander, router, jigsaw, and other fabrication equipment (training will be provided if required). Perform cutting, drilling, sanding, routing, finishing, and product assembly activities. Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, CNC partners, and suppliers for prototype development and production. Source components, hardware, and raw materials from local markets and online platforms. Conduct quality inspection, testing, and continuous product improvement. Maintain workshop, tools, inventory, and production documentation. Pack and dispatch products, prototypes, and samples to customers and partners. Support day-to-day workshop operations, exhibitions, and other operational activities as required. Preferred Candidate Profile Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Industrial, Civil, Product Design, or related engineering disciplines. 0 to 2 years of experience preferred (Freshers with strong practical skills are encouraged to apply). Passion for product development, manufacturing, prototyping, fabrication, and workshop operations. Hands-on attitude with willingness to work using machines, tools, and sustainable materials. Basic understanding of engineering drawings, measurements, CAD, or fabrication processes is preferred. Comfortable working in a startup environment with a strong learning mindset and ownership. Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation. Interest in sustainability, circular economy, recycled materials, or climate-tech products will be an added advantage. Must be willing to work full-time on-site from our workshop in Jagatpura, Jaipur.
