Business Analyst, JOB ID: BAB12 ECOM Consulting Inc. has openings for the position of Business Analyst with Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), MIS, Math or any related field with five years experience or other suitable qualifications. Duties: Identify topic areas of interest and develop training materials; Assist in serving as a liaison between Business functions and IT for issue resolution and planning of new functionality for the module areas identified; Analysis of software applications such as Financial, ERP applications and customizations; Document Functional and Non Functional requirements, use cases, use case diagrams, sequence diagrams and BPM; Eliciting and Analyzing software requirements using established methodologies (RUP, Waterfall); Develop using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle RDBMS, SAS, Teradata, MS Sharepoint; Understanding of software development using object oriented design for n-tiered based software application; Understanding of J2EE, .Net framework.
