About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety regulations during electrical installation, testing, and commissioning of solar projects. Oversee the work of junior engineers and technicians to ensure quality control and timely completion of tasks. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot problems and resolve technical issues. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in EEE/Electrical Installation/Solar Energy/Solar Project/Troubleshooting/Maintenance. Strong understanding of electrical systems, including solar panel installations. Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics effectively. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
