About the role
WORK SCHEDULE - NIGHT SHIFT - 9:30PM to 6:30AM, 5DAYS/WEEK WORK LOCATION - THIRUMALA, TRIVANDRUM IMMEDIATE JOINERS FROM TRIVANDRUM LOCATION WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain all hardware components, including servers, workstations, networking equipment, and peripherals. - Perform routine hardware diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades as necessary. - Ensure hardware assets are inventoried and properly documented. - Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications used in our healthcare operations. - Collaborate with vendors and software providers for issue resolution and updates. - Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive healthcare data. - Monitor and optimize the performance and availability of servers and network infrastructure. - Implement best practices for capacity planning and resource allocation. - Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents promptly. - Maintain and enhance IT security measures to safeguard patient data and comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA). - Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. - Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity planning. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT infrastructure configurations and procedures. - Generate reports on infrastructure performance and incidents for management review. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support healthcare-related IT projects. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to IT staff and end-users. - Operate during night shift hours while offering 24/7 on-call support. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). - Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management. - Solid expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance. - Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and HIPAA compliance is a plus. - Excellent English communi .
