VoIP QA Engineer

Designation: VoIP QA Engineer Experience Required: 4 to 6 years Responsibility - Proficient knowledge in telephony infrastructure and design, including PBX, VoIP and SIP trunking, IVR, SBC, Media Gateways Clear concept of Manual Testing of VoIP, Web, Mobile App Testing and API Testing Expertise in creating test plans for system level, subsystem level, and feature level testing. Proficient in writing test scenarios and test cases for comprehensive software testing, including both positive and negative cases. Additionally, the candidates should have exposure to AI-driven testing approaches, such as using AI tools for test case generation, call flow analysis, automation assistance in VoIP system. Documentation skills, good interpersonal skills, Self Driven Ownership of end-end delivery of assigned responsibilities. Established knowledge of the practices and principles of telecommunication systems analysis, planning, design, and problem resolution. Experience in use of Softphones and IP Phones or any SIP traffic generating tool like SIPp tool Experience with Bug reporting in Agile framework using any bug tracking tools. Proven troubleshooting skills utilizing protocol Analyzer applications such as WireShark, Fiddler, etc. Having experience in mobile app testing, UC Testing and Mobile VoIP dialer testing Skills Required (Primary) Hands-on experience with SIP protocol and network-level troubleshooting. Hands-on experience in testing and validating PBX system features. Hands-on Scripting Experience in Shell Basic Knowledge of RESTFUL Web Service & HTTP protocol. Knowledge of fs_cli for how to check FreeSwitch logs or Asterisk logs Hands-on experience with Linux and networking fundamentals for troubleshooting and issue analysis. Good organizational and problem understanding skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Skills Required (Secondary) Must have capacity to work independently and also as a part of team. Able to express & work fluently with least handholding. Knowledge Of UI test tools for Desktop applications like Selenium, Cypress, Playwrite etc.
