UI Developer

As a Software Solution Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in Web Development, you will be responsible for: - Working closely with Project Managers and other team members to develop detailed specification documents, project deliverables, and timelines. - Ensuring timely completion of deliverables. - Attending client meetings during the sales process and development phase. - Collaborating with clients and Project Managers to enhance graphic designs for websites. - Converting raw images and layouts into CSS/XHTML themes. - Providing recommendations on appropriate architecture and technical solutions to clients. - Communicating progress and any delays efficiently and accurately to the Project Manager. - Thinking innovatively to offer high value-of-service to clients. - Staying updated on emerging technologies and suggesting integration opportunities. - Actively participating in the development community of the chosen CMS. - Creating innovative, reusable Web-based tools for activism and community building. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1-3 years of software development experience in Web Development. - Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks. - Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Bootstrap, React JS, and jQuery. - Strong self-management skills and ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. - Basic knowledge of programming languages. - Being a team player with a high level of dedication.
