About the role
Role: Senior Full-Stack Developer (React / Node.js / TypeScript) Location: Remote-Delhi/NCR Experince:5+Years Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong foundation in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications from end to end. The ideal candidate brings a passion for clean architecture, a deep understanding of database design, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote position, but candidates based in Delhi / NCR who are ready to hit the ground running immediately are highly preferred. Job Details - Experience: 5+ Years - Work Location: Remote (Preference for candidates residing in Delhi / NCR ) - Shift Type: Rotational Shifts - Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only (Maximum 7 to 15 days) - Travel Readiness: Must possess a valid Passport Key Responsibilities - Full-Stack Development: Design and build robust, responsive frontend interfaces using React.js and scale secure, efficient backend services using Node.js fully utilizing TypeScript across the entire stack. - Architecture & API Design: Architect, develop, and integrate optimized RESTful APIs and microservices. - Database Management: Write complex queries, design schemas, and maintain both relational and non-relational databases including SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB . - Performance & Quality: Ensure maximum performance, scalability, and security of applications. Conduct code reviews and enforce clean code practices. - Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, product managers, and UI/UX designers in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions. Technical & Professional Requirements - Core Stack: Minimum 5 years of solid professional experience exclusively in full-stack development using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript . - Database Expertise: Hands-on, production-level experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB . - System Design: Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks, backend architecture, state management, and asynchronous event-driven workflows. - DevOps & Tools: Proficient with Git/GitHub , CI/CD pipelines, and up-to-date agile project management tools. - Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a proactive attitude toward taking ownership of modules. Logistics & Behavioral Fit - Comfort and flexibility with a rotational shift schedule to support global operations. - Immediate availability to transition into the role smoothly. - Ownership of a valid Passport for potential global alignment or documentation requirements.
