Embedded Software Lead

As an Embedded Firmware Developer at our organization, you will have the opportunity to create products from scratch while leveraging the scale of our organization. Your role will involve coming up with creative solutions to challenging problems and collaborating with highly skilled engineers on a daily basis. This is an early-stage initiative where your ability to translate business requirements, develop quick prototypes, and work with various technology teams will be highly valued. You will also have the chance to work with a variety of languages such as C/C++, Python, and Linux, as well as technologies like BLE, MEMS, biometric sensors, and the latest wireless technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having 6+ years of experience in Embedded firmware development in C/C++ - Demonstrating expertise in BLE/GPS/GSM/RTOS stack - Utilizing hands-on experience with Lab equipment such as VNA/RSA/MSO - Setting up testing environments using automation scripts and networking equipment - Following best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, and source control management - Being familiar with Wireless/IoT network protocols and standards - Working with microcontrollers, sensors, and serial communication - Ideally having experience with wearOS/Tizen - Demonstrating superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor/Masters's degree in electrical/electronic/communications engineering, information technology, physics, or a related field from Tier 1 Tier 2 Engineering colleges only (IITs/NITs/IIITs/BITS etc.) - Being result-oriented and ready to take ownership - Exhibiting strong team collaboration skills If you are passionate about developing embedded firmware, working on cutting-edge technologies, and collaborating with a team of talented engineers, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
