About the role
Role Overview: As a WordPress Developer + SEO Specialist at Educase India, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive WordPress websites that meet client requirements and industry standards. Your role will also involve performing on-page and off-page SEO optimization, monitoring website analytics, and implementing strategies to enhance traffic and search engine rankings. Additionally, you will need to ensure website functionality through regular testing, troubleshooting, and content alignment with the marketing team. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites - Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization - Monitor website analytics to enhance traffic and performance - Implement strategies to improve search engine rankings - Ensure website functionality through regular testing and issue troubleshooting - Coordinate with the marketing team for content alignment Qualifications: - Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including custom WordPress theme and plugin development - Hands-on experience in Front-End Development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap - Expertise in Responsive Web Design for seamless performance across devices - Strong understanding of Web Design principles, User Experience (UX), and aesthetics - Competency in full-stack Web Development, debugging, and website optimization - Knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, and analytics - Excellent communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration within a team - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field is a plus.
