Senior Network Engineer

As a Sr. Network Engineer in this contract position based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure. Your strong hands-on expertise in enterprise networking, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and network security technologies will be crucial in this role. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced enterprise environment and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, monitor, and support enterprise network infrastructure - Manage SD-WAN, cloud networking, and network security solutions - Troubleshoot complex network and connectivity issues across enterprise environments - Monitor network health, performance, and observability tools - Maintain network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and infrastructure initiatives - Ensure network security, availability, scalability, and compliance standards are maintained - Support ongoing optimization and modernization initiatives across the network landscape Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience in SD-WAN technologies (Cisco, Meraki, etc.) - Cloud networking experience with AWS, Azure, Aviatrix, etc. - Network security expertise with Palo Alto, Zscaler, firewalls, VPNs - Strong knowledge of routing, switching, DNS, and DHCP - Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds and Splunk - Good understanding of enterprise network architecture and troubleshooting - Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow - Experience working in Agile/Lean environments In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the network security, availability, scalability, and compliance standards are maintained.
