About the role
Role & responsibilities : Provide functional and technical support for ERP application users. Handle customer queries, issues, and troubleshooting through calls, emails, and remote sessions. Coordinate with internal development and implementation teams for bug fixes and enhancements. Train end users on ERP modules and system usage. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations. Preferred candidate profile : Excellent Communication Skills: English, Telugu and Hindi. Positive communication and customer handling skills. Basic knowledge of ERP workflows and business processes. Experience in software/application support. Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients. .
