Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in application support or IT support. - Good understanding of ERP enterprise information systems, finance applications, and contract management applications. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Proven experience in collaborating with IT teams, business partners, and vendors in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Effective communication and collaboration skills with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
