Role Overview: Edwards Lifesciences is launching a new IT Innovation Hub in Pune, India to strengthen the technology foundation supporting their global business operations. As a Senior Automation Developer in the Intelligent Automation team, you will play a crucial role in delivering scalable and efficient automation solutions using low-code platforms. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end delivery of automation solutions, stakeholder workshops, design of integration patterns, establishing quality practices, ensuring operational readiness, and providing technical leadership across project teams. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end delivery of automation solutions using low-code tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, and UiPath. - Lead stakeholder workshops to understand processes, define workflows, document user stories, and align on measurable outcomes. - Design integration patterns using connectors, APIs, and data services to ensure alignment with enterprise requirements. - Engineer for resiliency by implementing exception handling, logging, alerting, and monitoring strategies. - Define team standards and reusable assets to improve delivery speed and maintainability. - Establish and enforce quality practices and drive defect remediation through UAT. - Partner with security, infrastructure, and application owners to ensure secure connectivity. - Own operational readiness by producing solution designs, runbooks, and support models. - Continuously improve existing automations by analyzing telemetry and reducing technical debt. - Provide technical leadership across project teams and drive technical excellence and innovation. - Enable the broader automation community through demos, documentation, and reviews. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience developing and supporting automation solutions using low-code platforms. - Ability to translate business needs into solution designs and deliver automations in an Agile environment. - Hands-on experience with connectors, integrations, and data sources. - Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform and/or UiPath. - Knowledge of platform governance, ALM, and scripting/coding skills. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. - Solid SDLC ownership with a focus on reliability, security, and operational readiness. - Understanding of authentication/authorization concepts and data security. - Ability to produce clear technical documentation and adhere to IT governance best practices. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
