Business Analyst

As an experienced Business Analyst with mandatory Travel Domain expertise at EffiaSoft in Hyderabad, you will play a critical role in bridging business requirements and technical solutions. You will work closely with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams to deliver high-quality travel technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by interacting with internal and external stakeholders. - Prepare clear and detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD). - Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. - Work on API integrations, including REST APIs, data mapping, and understanding system-to-system interactions. - Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Support the development lifecycle by clarifying requirements, validating solutions, and assisting with UAT. - Ensure requirements traceability and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle. - Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. - Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies and proactively communicate them to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Travel Domain (mandatory). - Strong expertise in BRD, FSD, and requirement documentation. - Hands-on experience with API integrations, REST APIs, and data mapping. - Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.
