About the role
We're looking for a Data Analyst who's curious about numbers, loves turning raw data into actionable insights, and wants to make a real impact on business decisions. If you enjoy digging into datasets and telling stories with data, this role is for you. What You'll Do Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance Work closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements Present findings in a clear, actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders Maintain data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar roleStrong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQLExperience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetExcellent attention to detail and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote setup Nice to Have Experience with statistical analysis or A/B testing Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) We're looking for a Data Analyst who's curious about numbers, loves turning raw data into actionable insights, and wants to make a real impact on business decisions.
