As a Senior FullStack Developer with 6 to 12 years of experience at Egen, your role involves being a technical leader and core contributor to engineering initiatives. Your primary responsibilities include: - Architecture & Development: Leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance FullStack applications and microservices. - API Design: Architecting and building secure, fast, and reliable RESTful APIs using FastAPI. - UI Design: Conceptualizing and developing responsive, user-friendly, and accessible user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js). - System Integration: Driving seamless Python integrations to connect diverse internal applications, legacy systems, and external third-party APIs/SaaS platforms. - Cloud Native Engineering: Deploying, optimizing, and managing applications within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem to ensure high availability and fault tolerance. - Technical Leadership: Mentoring mid-level and junior engineers, enforcing coding standards, conducting rigorous code reviews, and advocating for engineering best practices. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with product managers, data engineers, and cloud architects to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. In terms of Technical Requirements, you should have: - Core Experience: 6 to 12 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a focus on backend development using Python. - Frameworks: Extensive experience in building backend services using FastAPI. - Front-End Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular. - Python Libraries: Deep proficiency with standard and foundational Python libraries. - Integration Expertise: Proven track record in system integration with enterprise databases, message brokers, and building robust API-to-API communication layers. - Cloud Platforms: Solid hands-on knowledge of GCP.
