Associate Product Manager / Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager at Egnify, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the product life cycle, including problem definition, product strategy/road map, road map execution, customer needs, and requirement/use case definition. You will excel in product feature prioritization and be able to translate product strategy into detailed product requirements and prototypes. Your role will involve staying in sync with user needs and pain points and applying analytical capabilities to identify user trends and derive actionable insights. Additionally, you will be expected to incorporate feedback and input from customers, partners, and in-house teams on product strategy and find ways to expand the product market reach. Qualifications: - 1-2 years of relevant experience in product management - MBA from a tier I institute, with a preference for an Engineering background - Demonstrably strong design sense - Preferably from a Startup background - Good eye for details with a hands-on and can-do attitude - Experience with web and mobile apps is a plus - Excellent communication skills - Comfortable with Numbers and Excel Egnify is a cloud-based Assessment and Learning Analytics platform that is integrated with world-class Analytics to enhance conceptual clarity and Exam Readiness of the student.
