About the Role We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI to build scalable backend systems and intelligent AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python development while possessing practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, AI Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You will be responsible for designing robust backend architectures, developing APIs, integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications, and deploying production-ready AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications. Build RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Django, or Flask. Develop and integrate AI-powered features using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, or similar LLMs. Build AI Agents and intelligent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex. Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases. Develop ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data processing. Build, train, optimize, and deploy Machine Learning models where required. Integrate AI services with existing web applications and enterprise platforms. Optimize backend performance, scalability, security, and API response times. Implement Docker-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines. Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
