Product Manager CARE AI-Scribe

You will play a crucial role in owning the product experience for CARE HMIS with CARE AI-Scribe at its core. As the owner of the CARE Scribe product experience, you will be responsible for the end-to-end clinical documentation workflow, ensuring seamless integration between EMR and AI-Scribe. Your role will involve defining and prioritizing the roadmap for the combined EMR + Scribe experience, from pilot deployment to a stable release. It is essential to ensure that Scribe fits naturally into real OPD, ICU, ward, and nursing workflows, streamlining documentation processes for clinicians. Additionally, you will lead efforts to convert transcripts into usable clinical records, mapped into the appropriate CARE HMIS fields, and aligned with relevant standards such as FHIR, SNOMED CT, and LOINC where applicable. Key Responsibilities: - Own the CARE Scribe product experience, overseeing the clinical documentation workflow and ensuring a seamless experience for clinicians. - Define and prioritize the roadmap for the pilot-to-GA deployment of the combined EMR + Scribe experience. - Ensure that Scribe integrates effectively into real healthcare workflows, improving efficiency for clinicians. - Drive the conversion of transcripts into usable clinical records aligned with relevant standards. - Build evidence-based AI usage models, including cost per consultation, doctor, and hospital, supported by usage dashboards. - Lead product enhancements for noise cancellation, speaker diarisation, multi-model AI routing, language support, and feedback-driven usability improvements. - Define and track success metrics related to accuracy, latency, documentation time saved, correction effort, clinician adoption, satisfaction, cost-efficiency, and EMR completion quality. - Collaborate with state teams, hospitals, clinicians, Product Ops, Solution Support, and Clinical Validation teams to drive field adoption and responsible scale-up of the product. Qualifications Required: - Proven product management experience in scaling products. - Strong ability to prioritize trade-offs and drive execution across teams. - Comfort working with AI/ML products and technical teams. - Experience in user research and field discovery in real operating environments. - Data-driven product judgment and strong communication skills. - Willingness to travel for field deployment and stakeholder engagement.
