Job Title: Power Platform Reporting & BI Analyst Experience: 7 - 12 Years Department: Development Center of Excellence (DevCoE) Role Summary: Experience in one of the below two technical stream is must: - BI Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Qlik etc - Oracle Technologies, ODS, Data Architecture, or Database Governance Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Establish Development Standards & Governance - Define, implement, and monitor development standards, policies, frameworks, and governance processes. - Ensure compliance with SDLC, security, architecture, documentation, and deployment standards. - Conduct periodic audits and reviews to assess adherence to organizational guidelines. 2. Drive Quality & Delivery Excellence - Monitor project health, delivery performance, quality metrics, and team productivity. - Track risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and escalation management. - Establish and monitor KPIs related to delivery quality, defect trends, sprint performance, and release readiness. 3. Enable Technology Innovation & AI Adoption - Promote adoption of AI-assisted development practices and productivity tools. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to engineering processes. - Drive initiatives focused on automation, developer productivity, and engineering excellence. 4. Reporting & Executive Dashboards - Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and governance reports. - Analyze engineering and delivery metrics to provide actionable insights. - Present periodic status reports, risks, trends, and recommendations to leadership. 5.
