About the role
Role Expectations: Provide Level 2/3 support for .NET-based applications across various business units. Strong Hands-on experience of C#, ASP.NET, Web API, WCF etc. Good knowledge of MS SQL Server (Writing SQL Queries, procedures and triggers). Good knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX and JQuery Monitor application performance, availability, and stability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, data integrity, and integration with other systems. Respond to support tickets and service requests in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to SLAs. Collaborate with developers, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to analyse root causes and apply fixes. Maintain technical documentation including issue logs, user guides, and support processes. Assist in application deployments, updates, and configuration changes. Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes. Provide off-hours/on-call support as needed. 6 days working on the client location. Basic Qualifications: BE/ B.tech & MCARequired Experience 2- 4 years.Experience in dot Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Sql, C#,Proficiency is MS World/ Excel.
