Data Analytics Consultant

As a Senior Data Analytics Consultant at our company, you will play a crucial role in extracting, modeling, and transforming data for analytical purposes. Your responsibilities will include: - Building ETL processes to extract data from multiple sources and modeling data to meet analytical requirements - Transforming data by applying business rules, auditing, and staging data for system migrations - Designing and constructing accurate and efficient data flows and mapping processes using problem-solving and creativity - Documenting processes built and reporting progress to the project lead in a timely manner To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - More than 5 years of experience in data analytics, or at least 3 years of experience with ETL in Snowflake, Azure, or Python - Proficiency in SQL - Deep expertise in technologies like Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, and NetSuite, Python programming, modeling data using Kimball Method (Star Schema), and analytical and visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau - Intellectual and analytical curiosity, initiative to understand the "why" behind results, and a desire to grow into a domain expert and strategic thought leader - Comfort with uncertainty, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines, and ability to work independently and proactively - Strong communication skills to collaborate with different departments, gather complete datasets, and communicate findings company-wide - Experience in modeling business scenarios is preferred, along with a background in engineering, technology, mathematics, statistics, accounting, finance, or another quantitative discipline Joining our team offers you a professional and fun work environment where we prioritize work/life balance, career growth, innovation, and community involvement.
