About the role
3+ years of experience in Maintenance Engineering / Spare Parts Planning, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry. Lead spare parts planning for new program launches, including BOM validation, inventory planning, and procurement coordination. Manage spare parts mapping and asset linkage in IBM Maximo. Perform RCFA and develop solutions to improve equipment reliability and plant performance. Independently handle projects, review schedules, and coordinate with crossfunctional teams and clients. Strong knowledge of FMEA, Process Safety Management (PSM), and maintenance best practices. Proficient in IBM Maximo, MS Office, and data-driven problem-solving. Six Sigma, Alteryx, and macro programming knowledge is an added advantage. Good communication, interpersonal skills, and willingness to work in shifts if required.
