As an AI Developer - Agent Specialist at EisnerAmper, you will play a crucial role in building intelligent agents and automated workflows within Azure AI Foundry for the EisnerAI Platform. Your responsibilities will include designing and constructing AI agents for tasks such as tax preparation, compliance monitoring, document processing, and M&A analysis. You will also be tasked with creating end-to-end automated workflows that integrate AI agents with existing enterprise systems. Furthermore, you will be involved in executing post-training techniques like fine-tuning, instruction tuning, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF). Your role will also entail designing comprehensive evaluation frameworks for AI agents, focusing on accuracy, reliability, and compliance metrics.
