Oracle Hcm Technical Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle HCM solutions using various modules such as Global HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation & Recruitment. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide technical expertise on Oracle HCM products. Develop complex reports using Bi Reporting Tools like OTBI or BIP Reports. Extract data from multiple sources including EBS R12 tables and PL/SQL packages for analysis purposes. Provide training and support to end-users on implemented Oracle HCM solutions. Desired Candidate Profile 7-12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Technical consulting with hands-on experience in at least two modules (Global HR, Absence Management). Strong understanding of Bi Reporting Tools like OTBI or BIP Reports. Proficiency in developing extracts from various sources including EBS R12 tables and PL/SQL packages. Experience working with Data Loader tool for large-scale data migration projects.
