Senior Software Developer - C/.NET

As a Senior Software Developer C#/.NET, you will be joining our global product engineering team to contribute to the evolution and modernization of our Compass Cash Center Software Digital Systems. This market-leading cash center workflow platform is utilized by central banks, commercial banks, and cash-in-transit (CIT) organizations worldwide. You will have the opportunity to work on mission-critical financial software solutions, modern cloud technologies, and enterprise application modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade software components for Compass Cash Center products. - Build scalable, high-performance applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and Blazor technologies. - Develop and enhance desktop applications using Telerik UI components. - Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices. - Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical solution design. - Develop automated unit tests and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in distributed multi-tier enterprise applications. - Collaborate closely with system testers, QA engineers, and support teams for defect resolution and performance optimization. - Create proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate technical approaches and design assumptions. For Cloud & DevOps responsibilities, you will work with Azure cloud services including: i. Azure App Services ii. Azure Experience Required: - 5+ years of experience in software development utilizing C#/.NET technologies. - Strong expertise in developing enterprise-grade applications on the Microsoft technology stack. - Experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices would be beneficial. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
