Role Description Job Title - SAP DTC (Direct-to-Customer / Retail) Consultant Experience Required - 8+ years Timezone - IST Job Summary We are looking for experienced SAP DTC (Direct-to-Customer / Retail) Consultants with 8+ years of SAP experience to support an enterprise retail transformation project. We are specifically seeking two consultantsone with Brazil localisation expertise and another with Colombia XStore localisation experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of SAP retail business processes, localisation requirements, and end-to-end Direct-to-Customer operations. Important: While submitting profiles, please mention "SAP DTC (Direct-to-Customer / Retail)" clearly in the Skills section to avoid confusion with other SAP positions. ______________ Key Responsibilities - Configure, implement, and support SAP DTC (Direct-to-Customer / Retail) solutions. - Analyse business requirements and recommend scalable SAP retail solutions. - Support end-to-end retail business processes across sales, inventory, store operations, and customer transactions. - Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams during implementation and support activities. - Support localisation requirements based on regional business and statutory needs. - Participate in solution design discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions. - Perform functional validation, system testing, and UAT support. - Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional guidance. - Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless integrations and business process alignment. - Prepare functional documentation and support deployment activities. - Candidate should be smart and use his/her presence of mind while implementing or in any call/meeting. ______________ Required Skills & Experience - 8+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience. - Strong experience in SAP DTC (Direct-to-Customer / Retail) implementations and support. - Good understanding of retail business processes and store operations. - Experience working on enterprise SAP implementation or transformation projects. - Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to work independently in a remote project environment. Position-Specific Requirements Consultant 1: Brazil Localisation - Strong understanding of Brazil localisation within SAP retail environments. - Experience supporting Brazil-specific business processes and localisation requirements. Consultant 2: Colombia XStore Localisation - Strong experience with Colombia XStore localisation. - Understanding of Oracle XStore POS localisation and its integration with SAP retail processes. - Experience supporting Colombia-specific retail operations and localisation requirements. ______________ Preferred Qualifications - Experience working on enterprise-scale SAP Retail or DTC implementations. - Experience with system integration, testing, and production support. - Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies. - Experience supporting production releases and hypercare activities.The SAP DTC/Retail Consultant contract role is a remote position focused on supporting clients in the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP solutions for direct-to-consumer and retail operations.
