Senior User Experience Designer

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at P360, you will represent the UX Team and contribute to product designs and user research efforts. You will work as an experienced designer with some direction, helping frame problems, develop feasible ideas, validate designs based on user feedback, and iterate accordingly. It is essential to have a strong understanding of SaaS design principles and apply them fluently to your work. You will iterate early on in your work, going broad before narrowing it down. Proficiency in taking problems and opportunities and framing them to lead to the best outcome within time and technological constraints is a must. Producing use cases, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for intuitive UX/UI design across devices and platforms is a key responsibility. Effective collaboration with product and engineering teams is necessary to understand team objectives and their relation to the product's future vision and company success. Key Responsibilities: - Create and explain well-thought-out multi-step and cross-platform flows - Demonstrate strong understanding of tools and concepts for assignments - Sketch and wireframe complex features and user journeys - Design end-to-end SaaS products and showcase high-fidelity prototypes - Explain how research influenced your design - Conduct user research and usability testing - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams in all design and development stages - Meet tight deadlines and ensure consistent quality - Identify problems or inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive validated improvements - Share passion for interaction design and learning about users' problems with team members - Seek feedback from the UX Team or SME on your work proactively - Perform any other duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of relevant experience in UX and UI design - Wireframing, user flow creation, style guides creation, design systems creation, design presentation, high-fidelity prototyping - Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other relevant UX/UI design tools - Exceptional time management skills - Competitive analysis and usability testing experience - Front-end and CSS framework experience is a plus - Portfolio demonstrating your skills is required for this position - 4-6 years of relevant experience - Willingness to work Evening or Night Shifts - Immediate availability (Preferred) P360 offers Permanent Work from Home, Flexi Week Culture (5 Days/9 Day fortnight), Fixed Internet Allowance, and other perks to the selected candidate.
