Role: ServiceNow Professionals | Multiple Modules Experience : 5- 15+ Years Location : Bangalore Job Summary We are looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals across multiple ServiceNow modules to join our growing Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidates will have robust implementation, configuration, customization, and integration experience on the ServiceNow platform, along with the ability to deliver scalable enterprise solutions aligned with business requirements. Open Skill Areas We are hiring for professionals with expertise in one or more of the following ServiceNow modules: - ServiceNow CMDB - ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) - ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/PPM/APM) - ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) - ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration - ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Software Asset Management (SAM) - ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Hardware Asset Management (HAM) - ServiceNow Custom Application Development - ServiceNow UI Builder - ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC/IRM) - ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR) - ServiceNow Agentic AI - ServiceNow Field Service Operations (FSO) - ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) - ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM) - ServiceNow Project Manager Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. - Customize and extend the ServiceNow platform using best practices. - Build workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer, and integrations. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable technical solutions. - Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. - Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution. - Develop and maintain technical documentat .
