Technical Manager - Building Material Testing

Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for building materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development. Conduct site visits to monitor construction projects, identify potential issues, and offer recommendations for improvement. Prepare detailed reports on test results, highlighting key findings and implications for product development. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes affecting building materials. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or chemistry. Proven experience in technical management within the building materials industry. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
