Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Experience : Experience of EOT crane industry is mandatory. Job Description : Prepare GA & revised GA drawing for customised project. Carry out design calculations & selection of components as per relevant standards and processes followed in organisation. Prepare details manufacturing drawing for customised project as well as std. mostly handle customised order. Innovations to enhance product features & product range. Kaizens to increase productivity. support to production team to solve drawing related issue. Compliance actions decided during internal meeting. To prepare checklist/plan to reduce errors in drawing. To compile data & drawings of cranes for future ref. To identify area for standardisation or design automation and work on the same. To train new team members joining the team and guide/mentor existing young team members.
