AutoCAD Designer

As an AutoCAD Draftsman / Designer at Elegance Living, you will play a crucial role in the preparation of technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and project execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Reading, interpreting, and analyzing architectural, landscape, interior, and construction drawings - Creating detailed AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, layout plans, and installation drawings for various wood applications - Developing technical detailing for wood decking, cladding, pergolas, facades, stair treads, ceiling applications, and customized architectural wood solutions - Coordinating with architects, consultants, clients, and internal teams to meet technical design requirements - Generating 3D models using SketchUp for client approvals and design proposals - Producing realistic renders showcasing different wood species, finishes, and installation concepts - Conducting site visits for measurements, project assessments, and coordination with project teams - Monitoring project progress to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications - Assisting in project planning, material coordination, quality inspections, and project handovers - Designing project presentations, brochures, and technical documentation - Creating visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional activities - Supporting branding initiatives through design and content development Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory - Experience with V-Ray or Enscape would be beneficial Join Elegance Living to work on premium architectural projects, collaborate with industry professionals, and contribute to the company's design and marketing efforts.
