What Youll Do Project Managers at Elemica are responsible for the hands-on project management of client onboarding projects and change requests using a combination of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Lead the requirements gathering process for the implementation of the appropriate solutionsManage coordination of the clients, partners, and working groups engaged in project work:Detailed project planning and control including:Use of Elemica Standardized PMO Toolkit (training provided)Developing and maintaining a detailed project planManage project deliverables in line with the project planRecord and manage project issues and risks; escalate where necessaryManage project scope and change controlMonitor project progress and performance against project budgetsOngoing project management of open projects to ensure that the implementation of the Elemica solution remains current and relevant to the customers, and that opportunities for expansion of the business are identifiedProactively build successful internal and external working relationshipsCoordinate the execution of client testing activities:Facilitate end-to-end partner testingEnsure the client and trading partners can transact on the Elemica networkTake an active role in troubleshooting problems discovered during the testing process and work with internal and client resources through the resolutionUnderstand and manage project risks, escalate where necessary and design mitigation strategies to avoid delays while meeting deadlines and staying in budgetSuggest improvement efforts surrounding the processes and tools utilized in Elemicas client onboarding processWhat Youll Need 5+ years Project Management onboarding new clients in a SaaS environment and trading partner rollouts for existing clientsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field of study (MBA preferred)SAP ECC and/or SAP S4/HANA experience. SAP EWM experience is a plus but not requiredFunctional knowledge of SD/WM/LE/TM modules (or some combination thereof)Experience with and functional understanding of logistics or supply chain processesExposure to cybersecurity and networking issues and technologiesExcellent organizational skills including attention-to-detail and multi-tasking skillsFluency in English (written and verbal)Use of standard PC office packages (Teams, MS Office, Excel, Word)Ability to work independentlyOpen-minded in receiving feedback and always striving for improvementGoal-oriented, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver resultsYour Success.
