About the role
We are hiring Civil Auto CADD Draughtsman for Elephantine Enterprises Private Limited Located at Adyar, Chennai. Note: Immediate joiners preferred JOB DESCRIPTION : Layout and Drawing Development: Create accurate master floor plans, land subdivisions, and site plotting layouts using AutoCAD. Compliance Checks: Ensure all designs align with local planning norms, building bylaws, and development control regulations. Design Updates: Revise existing blueprints promptly to integrate structural changes or client feedback during project cycles. Team Coordination: Work alongside project managers, site engineers, and architects to resolve design discrepancies before site execution.
