About the role
Mandatory Skills - 8+ years of BI/Tableau experience - Minimum 3+ years in Lead / Team Lead role - Tableau Dashboard Development & Data Visualization - Advanced Tableau expertise - LOD Expressions - Table Calculations - Complex Calculations - Performance Tuning - Date Functions - Row Level Security (RLS) - Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud Administration - SQL (DB2 and/or SQL Server preferred) - SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) - SAS Enterprise Guide - Tableau Governance & Release Management - ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools - Strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience Preferred Skills - Healthcare domain experience - AWS (Redshift, S3, Athena, Glue) - Tableau to Cloud Migration / BI Modernization Projects - Tableau Certifications - IBM DataStage / Oracle GoldenGate exposure - Agile delivery methodologies Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who have: - Hands-on Tableau development and administration experience. - Experience managing teams and driving enterprise BI initiatives. - Robust exposure to Tableau governance, release management, and platform support. - Experience interacting with business stakeholders and managing end-to-end delivery. - Experience in modernizing legacy BI environments (especially BOBJ to Tableau or Cloud migrations) .
