Oracle HCM Fusion

Responsibilities: Configure and manage HCM Data Loader (HDL) for bulk data uploads, mass updates, and data corrections. Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to support complex business rules, validations, eligibility criteria, and calculations. Design and develop reports using BI Publisher to support operational, compliance, and analytical reporting needs. Build and manage outbound interfaces using HCM Extracts to integrate Oracle HCM with downstream systems. Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Core HR modules including workforce structures, person management, and employment lifecycle events. Support Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) processes such as requisitions, candidate management, offers, and onboarding integrations. Troubleshoot data issues and system defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes. Ensure adherence to Oracle HCM best practices, security standards, and data governance policies. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments. Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
