Senior Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and operational challenges. Lead client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for o9 platform configuration and customization. Provide expert guidance and recommendations based on industry best practices. Solution Implementation: Configure and implement o9 solutions including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, MEIO, IBP, and S&OP using reference product models or customized solutions. Demonstrate expertise in IBPL, Action Buttons, Procedures, Plugins, Widgets, Roles, and DSR. Develop and execute test plans to validate solution quality and alignment with client requirements. Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure effective adoption of the o9 platform. Post-Implementation Support: Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and enhance solution effectiveness. Stay updated on o9 product releases and enhancements, recommending relevant upgrades to clients.
