Senior Engineer - Motor Design - Mechanical

Key Purpose of the Job : Development of Induction motor/high efficiency special electric machines(PMSM, Syn Rel) Educational Qualification / Experience required : Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical Engineering Experience of 2 to 7 years in Mechanical motor industry Hands on experience in Mechanical design of Induction motors/PMSM/Syn Rel Key Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for Mechanical design, proto building and proving 2. Responsible for Engineering change management of designs and statutory approvals Understand the VOC and prepare the design strategy Structural/Thermal/Rotor dynamic design of motor,cowork with electrical team to achieve optimum thermal/mechanical performance Assess the impact of motor performance due to mechanical stress and arrive at the optimum design to test ratio Awareness on IEC/NEMA standard approval for Standard mounting / dimension / Noise / Vibration and Ingress protection Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
