II. Education and Experience Guidelines

Education Qualifications

· BTech in Mechanical (Preferably MTech in Thermal domain)

Core experience

· 5 to 8 years of experience in design and development of desiccant dryers

Preferable Knowledge/Experience

· Core experience in design and development of desiccant dryers for compressed air application

· Knowledge in desiccants, Heat exchangers, fans, valves & controllers

· Knowledge in manufacturing/testing facilities requirements

· Knowledge in supplier network of dryer related parts

· Knowledge in statuary, standard and certification requirements
