Senior Team Lead

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. A Masters degree is preferred. In depth knowledge of fluid dynamics, filtration technologies, and compressor systems. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools. Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to fluid separation and filtration. Knowledge of pressure vessel design principles and relevant codes and standards. Understanding of thermodynamics and heat transfer principles. Proficiency in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and analytical methods.Experience Minimum of 18 years of experience in the field of fluid separation and filtration systems, preferably in compressor applications. Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams. Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. Experience with product development, from concept to production. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement. Experience in managing change effectively within an engineering environment.
