ECC, BW (process chain), Portal, Solution Manager, Knowledge with database system such as: Sybase, Oracle, MSSQL, MaxDB, SAP, HANA. RESPONSIBILITIES •Minimum three years in an SAP Basis role. •Minimum one year of monitoring responsibility. •Should have very good oral and written communication skills Fluent in English (spoken & written). •French will be considered as a value-add. •Willing to work in shifts (following US & Canadian calendar). •SAP Basis monitoring (manual). •Execute and analyze Basis monitoring transactions. •Document the findings. •Attend to alert email from centralized support team and provide timely solutions. •Transports Import transport (workbench and customizing) on customer demand for SAP landscape. •Password resets Reset SAP user password on customer demand. •Maintain period reports in the prescribed format(daily, weekly, monthly etc., )
