SAP FICO Test Manager (Telangana)

Job Description Experience: 812 Years Location: Anywhere in India (Bangalore/Hyderabad Preferred) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing activities for SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, upgrades, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have solid functional knowledge of SAP FICO along with expertise in test management, planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end testing activities for SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects. - Prepare comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test schedules based on project requirements. - Design, review, and manage test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts covering SAP FICO business processes. - Coordinate Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Validation. - Manage defect lifecycle by logging, tracking, prioritizing, and coordinating resolution with functional and technical teams. - Validate business processes across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Banking, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Controlling. - Work closely with business users, functional consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables. - Prepare test status reports, defect metrics, risk assessments, and testing dashboards for stakeholders. - Ensure testing deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines. - Support cutover activities, go-live, hypercare, and post-production validation. Required Skills - 8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP FICO Testing. - Hands-on experience with: - General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Banking - Asset Accounting (AA) - Cost Center Accounting - Profit Center Accounting - Controlling (CO) - WBS Elements - Interfaces - SAP S/4HANA - SAP Fiori - DMEE - FDS Preparation - Experience preparing Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Scripts. - Strong experience executing SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Defect Management. - Knowledge of SAP implementation and upgrade testing methodologies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have - Experience with HP ALM, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager. - Experience in SAP S/4HANA Upgrade projects. - Automation testing exposure. - Experience managing offshore/onshore testing teams. - SAP Certification in SAP FICO or SAP S/4HANA Finance. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field. - Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in Agile or SAP Activate implementation environments. .
