About the role
As a Creative Visual Designer, your role involves designing high-quality digital product interfaces and visual assets for web and mobile platforms. You should have a strong understanding of visual design fundamentals to create clean, consistent, and scalable UI designs based on product requirements and wireframes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and visual clarity - Converting wireframes, product requirements, and concepts into high-fidelity designs - Creating visual assets for digital products and marketing materials such as social media creatives, presentations, brochures, and flyers - Developing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components - Ensuring visual consistency across all product and brand touchpoints - Improving UI layouts, visual hierarchy, and overall user experience through design iterations - Designing micro-interactions, motion elements, and animations as needed - Following structured design processes and delivering outputs within defined timelines The qualifications required for this role include: - 13+ years of experience in visual design, UI design, or product design - Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy - Understanding of UX principles and product design fundamentals - Ability to design both product UI and marketing creatives - Strong attention to detail and consistency - Portfolio demonstrating UI and visual design work Preferred skills that would be beneficial for this role include: - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Exposure to Adobe After Effects or other motion design tools - Exposure to 3D tools or AutoCAD would be an added advantage In terms of compensation, your salary will be based on your experience, skills, and portfolio strength, aligned with industry standards.
