As a Senior Systems Engineer at Elsevier, you will be part of the EUC Engineering team responsible for supporting products that educate and provide electronic health records. You will play a crucial role in delivering the EUC roadmap, acting as a point of escalation, and driving technical improvements across both the M365 & Slack ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: - Champion Power Platform/Co-Pilot governance to ensure scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions. - Contribute to a shift-left culture through technical mentorship, agile collaboration, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. - Advise on and implement best practices across Modern Workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Co-Pilot, and the Power Platform. - Ensure the performance, compliance, and security of the Microsoft 365 environment. - Develop and enforce Power Platform/Co-Pilot governance policies. - Act as a technical subject matter expert and escalation point for Microsoft & Slack collaboration productivity platforms. - Collaborate with Productivity Squad Leads and business units to roll out and maintain M365 and Power Platform capabilities. - Participate in agile team ceremonies. Qualifications Required: - Expert-level experience in M365 administration, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. - Proven ability to design, implement, and manage M365 and Power Platform solutions with governance in mind. - Experience leading M365 technical projects, change management efforts, and business-wide rollouts. - Experience mentoring engineers and working within agile delivery teams. - Experience with Slack administration to support and engage with the developer community.
