100% Remote (India) | AI Optimization Specialist | Fintech SaaS Firm About the Role: AI Optimization Specialist is a critical, cross-functional role focused on improving the performance of AI Voice and Chat solutions through data analysis, conversational design, and optimization. Youll work with 18 20 customers post-implementation and collaborate closely with product, implementation, and AI teams.
